Jimmy Fallons Chili

I am sure many of you have seen this on pinterest, and it has mixed reviews but we loove it! I omit the beans and cilantro and it is amazing. Bonus - it makes an enormous batch so you can freeze several dinners for weeknights you just don't feel up to making anything.
